Anode Baskets
Custom manufactured out of the highest quality materials, based on your specific plating tank requirements. Chemical composition and tank size, along with current density and line design will help us determine the basket dimensions and hook size for each application.
- Materials Available – Titanium, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Monel, Zirconium, Tantalum
- Hook Options – 50 amp, 100 amp, 150 amp and 200 amp
- Hook Design – Double Knife Edge (DKE) or Square with the Diamond Edge on the Anode Rail
- Mesh Types – Perforated Metal (½” holes) with 50% open area, Large Expanded Mesh (1/2” x 1-1/4”) with 75% open area, and Mini Mesh (3/16” x ½”) with 65% open area

Replacing existing anode baskets? Please provide the following information when requesting a quote:
- Basket Material – Steel, Titanium, etc.
- Basket Dimensions – Length x Width x Height, or diameter and length
- Hook Dimensions – Material thickness and design
- Amperage Requirements – Maximum number of amps per basket – total number of amps divided by the number of baskets
- Quantity – Number of baskets needed – quantity discounts are available
Need anode baskets for a new plating tank application? Please provide the following information when requesting a quote:
- Chemistry – What plating process is being used
- Tank Dimensions – Length x Width x Height + solution volume depth
- Anode Rail – Height and location
- Plating Rack Profile – Distance from the bottom of the tank to the bottom of the rack in the tank
- Amperage Requirements – Approximate number of amps per basket
- Quantity – Number of baskets needed – quantity discounts are available
