Drop-Bottom Baskets

Drop Bottom Baskets allow processed parts to be removed without tipping or dumping the spin dryer basket.  There are a variety of basket sizes to fit all spin dryer makes and models, as well as a variety of options to meet all of your requirements.

  • Sizes – 18″ x 18″, 22.75″ x 18″, 24.38″ x 20″, 30.56″ x 24″ (custom sizes available upon request)
  • Material – Carbon Steel, 304 Stainless Steel (customer materials available upon request)
  • Handle Style – Flush or Bail or Custom
  • Release Mechanism – Top or Bottom
  • Options – Reinforced Welding, Cable Release Mechanism, Top Edge Ring (helps keep parts from spinning out of basket)

When requesting a quote for drop bottom baskets, please provide the following information:

  • Spin Dryer Size and Manufacturer (make & model)
  • Size of Your Current Basket (if replacing existing basket) – Outside Diameter and Outside Height
  • Perforation Requirements – Size of the Holes in the Basket
  • Handle Style – Bail or Flush or Custom
  • Chemical Process in Which the Basket is Being Used
  • Preferred Material – Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel or Other
  • Any Options or Unique Requirements
