Heating & Cooling Coils are available in many styles including Grid Coils, Plate Coils, Serpentine Coils, Fluoropolymer Coils and Spaghetti Coils. Space, chemical compatibility and available steam or water pressure are three primary determining factors when selecting a coil. All JSA technical sales engineers have extensive knowledge of process chemistry and can assist with tank measurements and style recommendations.

Grid coils and Serpentine Coils are available in 20 gauge steel, 316 stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy C® and zirconium. Heavier gauge tubing and pipe available and are available in horizontal or vertical configurations.Special length and "L" shaped configurations available for bottom exchange applications and optional hangers are available. One inch MNPT connections standard but other sizes are available and are recommended for large coils. Inlets and outlets must be sized to adequately handle water or steam volume requirements. Optional fluoropolymer coverings are available at solution interface for corrosion protection. Can be used with steam/water pressures up to 100 p.s.i.
